Superpowers: I Have a Decade Driver Belt

On a tokusatsu set, you can call me the Pond Guardian. But what do you call me here?

Come on, say, "Thank you, Decade!"

[A modern supernatural-power story disguised as fan fiction]

Xiao Lan transmigrated.

He arrived in a world full of supernatural powers. His talent was soon discovered, and he made rapid progress in his cultivation. He thought he would be able to reach the top of the world.

But then a bolt of lightning nearly crippled him. When Xiao Lan woke up, he found that his supernatural abilities were almost useless, but a Decade Belt had appeared inside his body.

What kind of story will Decade have in a world of supernatural powers?
