Annoying Villagers: The Witness

I am a transmigrator.

I have no System, my powers are incomplete, and I have become a child.

All around me is pitch darkness, with only a lamp and a bed.

It was not until a villager brought her out of that place that she truly set foot on the ground.

Mute? That name really does suit me.

So thought the child standing on the hillside. Before her stood an old father holding his own daring daughter, and a playmate looking displeased as he searched for her.

But it is not so bad, is it?

So thought the child flying through the air. Below her was a plain, and just moments ago, it had been a player base.

My name is Jimo.

A deer that finds no game, ink that follows old conventions.

The child still chose this compound surname, but she did not say that Jimo sounded like loneliness, and that this too was her fate.

She watched those around her arrive, then watched them die, until she was left alone.

Jimo looked at the little Lingxi before her and Xuanqing showing off his feathers.

In her eyes, all living beings were the same. War had thrown the world into utter chaos, and the slightest disturbance could unleash countless tragedies.

If fate is a farce, if being clear-headed is a crime punishable by death, how can one survive in such a world?

She asked herself this.

Order should guide the resolution of every possible conflict.

That was the answer she came to.

And she had never been one to follow the rules. She kept this one only because there was no reason to break it.

So, before going to search for her incomplete powers, she chose to get involved.

The book fell to the ground, and the pitch-black starry sky swallowed her. Thus came the end of her time in this world.

The true end would come when she became whole again.

A brilliant scene, an enduring legacy of ink.

My name is Jimo. I am a soul.
