Half Human, Half Immortal

Five years ago, in the Battle of Baiyuxian, most of the world's sacred mountains were wiped out. The old bull-nosed priest from Daoxuan Mountain, the old bald donkey from Little Sumeru Mountain, the big-robed elder from Jialuo Mountain, and many more... They all died at the hands of a cripple.

Five years later, a blind man named Fang Yan, in a small place called Qingyun Town, takes the wooden sword from his crippled older sister and chooses to swing it toward the heights above.

His father's tragic death, his sister's desperate predicament, and the contempt of those in high places...

Fang Yan has no choice. He can only grip the sword in his hand and carve out a path to survival from the bottom up, for himself and for his sister.
