Su Yingnuan, a wage slave, transmigrates to the 1980s. After briefly living out her dream in the military, she realizes her attempts to win over the soldier she likes are going nowhere. Just when all seems lost, another opportunity appears, and after returning to civilian life, she starts dating Gu Jun. After they marry, she discovers that marriage takes more than just love: there's family drama and the daily grind of food, clothing, and household chores. But in the end, her own child gives her a boost.
This is my first time writing a novel. It's not a strong female lead story, so feel free to skip it if that's not your thing. The early chapters will spend a lot of time describing everyday matters, with sweet and satisfying moments woven in. In the later stages, happiness will be the main focus.
