In the future Earth, super storms sweep across the world, and climate control causes most continents to become wastelands. The surviving humans are hiding in shelters where resources are constantly being depleted. Doctor Shen Feng, veteran Lu Ting, and computer genius Li Wei form a team fighting for survival. They accidentally learn of a mysterious "green island" that is said to be the only haven in the world that has not been destroyed by storms. In desperation as their survival supplies were about to run out, they decided to embark on a risky journey to find an oasis.
