In the future, superstorms sweep across Earth, and runaway climate change turns most of the continents into wasteland. The surviving humans cling to life in shelters whose resources are rapidly running out. Doctor Shen Feng, veteran Lu Ting, and computer genius Li Wei form a team fighting to survive. By chance, they learn of a mysterious “Green Island,” said to be the only refuge in the world left untouched by the storms. With their supplies nearly exhausted and despair closing in, they decide to risk the journey in search of this oasis.
