Yuan Xiao is now the living ancestor of the Xuantian Sword Sect on the Dongling Continent. A simple woman with a weakness for beautiful men, she believes beauty matters more than cultivation. After seeing off the beautiful geniuses she knew as they ascended, she began preparing for her own ascension. She worked hard until she finally reached the threshold, then, amid endless tribulations and the eyes of her disciples and their descendants, she met a glorious... fragrant end. In her final moment, she angrily raised her middle finger at the heavens. What a pity: she would never again see the beautiful friends who had ascended to the upper realm.
The Will of Heaven here decided that Yuan Xiao, though improper, had a noble heart. She had stayed behind for so long to safeguard the peace of the cultivation world, so giving her a little compensation was only fair. Knowing her nature, the Will of Heaven made a deal with the administrator of the Beast World to keep her from wreaking havoc among the upper realm's young geniuses. Through mutual support, handsome men would be exchanged for a brighter future, helping the Beast World flourish.
