My name is Wang Hai. I used to be a secret agent in the imperial palace, known throughout the martial world as the Sea King. I specialized in undercover work to keep the dynasty stable. But after going undercover at the Duke of Zhanguo’s residence, I discovered that this world wasn’t what I thought it was. Was the dynasty I had devoted myself to truly the people’s dynasty, or just a game played in the darkness behind the scenes? So I decided to go undercover in that darkness for good, if only to tear open a crack and let the starlight in.
