This Savior Has a Serious Case of Morning Grumpiness

[Partial ensemble cast] [Post-civilization] [Machine uprising] [No heroine] [Humanity first] [Warp-like space warning] [Invincible] Shi Yi doesn’t think he’s a god. He’s just a human working in a position called “Savior,” though he admits he might be a little too powerful...?

Machine intelligence: Only the power of another god can stand against a god!

Shi Yi: What god? I’m just a wage slave who’s been working for six thousand years.

Humanity: Surely only the immortals and gods of the previous civilization could achieve such miracles!

Shi Yi: No, I can’t even fly. You’re making things up.

Evil God: How fascinating. Such a supreme being born in this barren, uncivilized land.

Shi Yi: I’m just human. Don’t pin all those grand titles on me.

Until the heat death of the universe, until the world itself is extinguished, a voice drifts through the void, repeating the same words without end: I am human.
