“This week, some prisoners will be transferred to K Island. The state will provide no assistance other than the artificial intelligence S-03, including medical care and food. Prisoners must find and make all materials and tools themselves. Furthermore, as no relevant departments or organizations have yet been established, and due to unresolved historical issues, some unknown and uncertain factors remain on the island, including but not limited to buildings and indigenous inhabitants. The state bears no responsibility for these matters, which the prisoners must resolve themselves. In addition, due to the island’s unique geographical location, the laws of this state no longer apply. There are no moral or legal constraints on the island. The state will only observe and record the actions of the prisoners concerned and their related work, and will not intervene in any events on the island.”
