After her husband dies unexpectedly, Pan Songqin raises her son on her own.
She takes Kaikai, the boy across the hall who lost his mother when he was little, as her godson. From then on, his father, Cai Siming, starts making himself at home and refuses to leave.

Cai Siming’s impression of Pan Songqin: lazy, loves to eat, a good cook, guileless, simple-minded, not very bright, bad at studying, and hopelessly dense about romance. And yet he can’t help liking her, staying close to her, and spoiling her.
This is a good sample film about the second marriage of a middle-aged man and woman. Personally, I don't like that the second marriage is made into a horror movie when there is a stepmother and a stepfather. After all, second marriages are not as simple as first marriages in terms of interpersonal relationships. Many of them have children and have experienced the baptism of marriage. People's human nature has long ceased to think about problems so simply. There is no way to answer who is right or wrong. But this book allowed me to see a new direction of thinking. Before my death, I would find a partner for my significant other, and give answers to my parents, brothers and sisters around me so that I could gain their support and support. Then everyone was of one mind, instead of being defensive, but welcoming and accepting. The children also accepted each other. I really like this kind of second marriage. I will recommend this book whenever I see the second marriage episode in the future.
It's quite good. It started to read after more than 2,000 pages (half of the novel). At the beginning, the heroine was slow to warm up, innocent, and big-hearted. When I read it, I felt anxious at times. But later I found that the heroine was simple and slow to warm up for a reason. Because of the surrounding environment, she didn't understand what it was like to be a lover. It looked great after I regained my consciousness!!
