I’m the Daughter Abandoned by the Heroine’s Mother

My mom blew up at me for pouring out the milk.

She grabbed my hair in a breakdown and screamed:

“All these years, you and your father have never once seen everything I do for you!

I reheated that milk over and over so you could have a warm drink!”

But Mom knew perfectly well that I'm lactose intolerant and can't drink milk!

She swept out of the house, convinced I'd cry and regret it, begging her to come back.

But she never expected that later, she would be the one breaking down in tears:

“You should regret it! You should be crying and begging me to come back!”
