The Host Goes Undercover as a Researcher in an ABO World

[ABO + Two Strong Leads]

After attending a graduation dinner at an upscale club in Sky City, Su Li is summoned to the police station the next day. One of his classmates was found dead in their rented apartment after the dinner.

Because he seems far too calm, Captain Shi Fan considers him a potential suspect.

Later, while tailing a suspicious person, Shi Fan accidentally runs into Su Li, who has followed them out of curiosity to a drug deal, alone.

In the heat of the moment, Shi Fan takes him home and gives him a stern scolding. Su Li promptly bursts into tears.

“Why are you being so mean? No one has ever treated me like this!”

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry. You little darling, I was wrong. Please don’t cry.”

As they spend more time together, Shi Fan realizes that he has fallen for Su Li and wastes no time pursuing him.

What he doesn’t know is that someone is deliberately baiting him.

Later, when Su Li calmly destroys a reagent under strict state protection right under Shi Fan’s nose, Shi Fan is first terrified, then bewildered and stunned.

Shi Fan: ?!!!

He thought the kid was just a little bold, but it turns out he’s the kind of little menace who gets big things done without making a sound!

Once Shi Fan comes to terms with it, he says, “You can’t let anyone else find out about this. We have to keep it between us.”
