For Humanity, I Subdue the Heavens

In the depths of the empty cosmic sea, a giant with exposed red sinews dragged massive iron chains as he crossed over from the far shore of the void.

His hair hung loose, his bones linked to the chains. Their clanging shook the heavens. At the end of the rattling chains, an ancient bronze coffin slowly emerged from the pitch-black distance…

Wave after wave rippled out from the void sea of realms, surging toward the distant blue planet.

“Ancestral land ahead. Gods may not pass!”

“Who goes there? How dare you trespass upon the Imperial Star!”

“Awaken the Imperial weapons! All who cross the sea shall die!”

Golden divine beings flew out from Blue Star, their commands ringing without end.

The giant seemed not to notice the awakened Imperial weapons. He did not stop until the ancient bronze coffin had been completely pulled free of the sea of realms.

Boom! The giant fell to his knees, sending the sea’s weak waters surging in every direction. His hoarse voice sounded like rusty blades scraping across glass.

“Master, we… are home!”
