We Are the Double Champions

[School life + fiery competition + two strong leads pursuing each other + “Tsinghua sweethearts”]

Female athlete vs. aloof academic genius

Two provincial games gold medals vs. a math competition gold medal

Everyone at school knew that Class 2, Grade 11, had two solitary peaks:

Lin Zhiyu, the track-and-field goddess who ranked near the bottom academically but dominated the provincial games

Shen Jingyu, the academic genius who hadn't spoken in three years but held an international Olympiad gold medal

On her first day sitting next to the “mute genius” Shen Jingyu, Lin Zhiyu overturned the desk of a boy who had spread rumors about him.

She thought she would never be able to thaw that iceberg, until he saw her crossed-out language arts homework and chuckled.

At the provincial games, she was the first to cross the finish line. When the cameras turned to her, she pulled out a Polaroid of Shen Jingyu.

At the same time, at the math competition, he stood on the awards podium with his certificate in hand, along with a Polaroid of Lin Zhiyu.

“I want both the gold medal and you.”

I want both a future and you.
