Books That Can Be Used in Real Life
It's not the kind of storyline that just tells discussions, or the kind of writing that's very good, like Das Kapital
The Tao Can Be Taught, but It Is Not the Eternal Tao.
Road
A Serious Taoist Novel. Successor of the Orthodox Taoist Sect
I want to read a book similar to "The Taoist Exorcist". There are no five shortcomings and three shortcomings. Don't start with a dead father and a dead mother, and find a monster as your wife. It's like a Taoist exorcist.
Medical Classics, Reluctant to Give up Love, Understand?
Dear Taoist friends, I am short of books. Is there any classics about medicine? I would like to bear the pain and give them up. Try to be fantasy or ancient.
Authentic Spiritual Books
Is There Any Real Way to Cultivate Immortality?
Cultivation
Is There a Peak of Traditional Fantasy?
I want to read a book similar to "The Dawn of Ember".
It's Super Nice to Read. It Talks About a Lot of Feng Shui Knowledge and the Author Is Humorous.
I would like to read a book similar to "Record of Destiny Change (Practical Techniques for Changing Destiny)".

It is not difficult to see that the author is a true practitioner of the Tao. The books are all based on experience and are extremely credible. Although this book is not as rigorously written and theoretical as a classic, the valuable thing is that the words are full of truth. This truth is valuable and has provided practical help to many practitioners. The author has no reservations and is completely different from those who hide their private interests in society. This kind of mind is particularly worthy of praise. If everyone could do this, many of the essences of traditional Chinese culture would not face the dilemma of being lost. All in all, this is an excellent entry-level reference book that is very suitable for practicing practitioners. At the same time, I also hope that the author can take the time to provide some guidance to readers in the future and answer their questions, so that everyone can get more guidance on the road to practical practice.
I just read Chapter 18 of the book. I feel like I have a lot to say to the author, but I feel like I can't fully express my feelings. It's very contradictory. I have been learning meditation from Teacher Li Zaifeng's live broadcast class for more than 2 months. What Teacher Li said is highly overlapped with what the author said. However, when I learned from Teacher Li, I felt that I didn't understand it. I didn't know how to ask the teacher. (Teacher Li taught very well and comprehensively. I think there was too much knowledge that I couldn't absorb and it made me confused.) I have been particularly confused these days. Then yesterday I suddenly came across this book by the author. Very fateful! The author expressed his own methods and feelings in a very vernacular way. Although I haven't finished reading it yet, I felt that I suddenly understood a lot of things, and the previous confusion suddenly became clear. Many thanks to the author. Thank you very much! Hope to get a reply from the author!
This is the true feeling of a cultivator, as well as his selfless dedication to cultivation experience. I am very grateful to the author. I have never practiced it, but occasionally I can benefit from the clarity of my mind after sitting quietly, as well as the comfort and lightness of my body. The author's ability to cultivate the Great and Small Zhoutian is already commendable. I admire your persistence and understanding.
Real experience is really important. The most important thing is to give people confidence, because for those who have not practiced Qigong, they don't know that such a thing really exists. Although there are some books on Qigong, the results will not be achieved by practicing it. As time goes by, doubts will become bigger and bigger, and you will wonder whether it is nonsense and whether you should persist. Reading a book about real practice, even if it only describes the process of practice, can give beginners the greatest confidence that persistence will yield results, and they can persevere.
I have a self-created theory that can explain this Qigong, and many other schools such as acupuncture, massage, and stretching can also explain it. Some of the plant fibers evolved into muscle fascia during evolution, so muscle fascia has some characteristics of plant fibers. It can absorb water and expand, shrink and become thinner and longer. Muscle fascia can shrink to provide water when the body needs it, and then it will lengthen and eventually become fixed in one place. If the tension of the fixed fascia in that place is unbalanced in which direction, it will produce an uncomfortable feeling. Relaxation can allow the fascia to contact the water, swell and soften, and then be pulled back by the muscles. In Qigong, there are various manifestations. Acupuncture points are the points where the fascia is concentrated based on experience found by the ancients. Things like opening the chest, breathing, etc. Are all about teaching people to relax. This method is closest to my theory.
Author, I can now have no thoughts, and can even sit in a quiet place. As long as no one disturbs me, no distracting thoughts will arise. However, I started practicing from the upper Dantian. I have been practicing for almost a year now. I can feel the Qi you mentioned. My Qi is entrenched in the upper Dantian, then goes to Baihui point, and then goes down to wrap the small half of the back of my head. The effect is to improve my mental state and learning ability. Will the two exercises of your Wu Nian Qigong conflict with each other now?
Let me ask you something: Every time you meditate, you collect Qi in your Dantian. How do you collect it specifically? Can you tell me a little bit about it.
It is well written and explains the profound things in simple terms. It is like a guiding light, guiding blind practitioners in the direction of blind practice. It has immeasurable merits.
I saw it for the first time, and I want to see it again. May I be rich, complete, quiet, and have no thoughts.
I have listened to it several times, and I am still not satisfied with it. I have benefited a lot. Thank you to the author for sharing it selflessly.
Why is the rating so low? No matter what, I don't think it should be right. The author has practical experience. Isn't it good that the author expresses everything he wants to express? Don't you realize that reading means earning money? In addition to understanding the essence, it also aroused my thinking. The author also gave many real-life examples. I plan to read it a few times to digest my thoughts [Working on draft] [Like] [Like] [Like]
Detailed, in today's impetuous society, everyone's ability to understand is different, and many people are even unwilling to understand, so being detailed and practical is the way to go.
Thanks to the author, I have read several books on spiritual practice. The author of this book has the best state of mind. Don't pursue results. Practice is just a habit.
This is a real personal practice experience[Like][Like][Like]
The writing is very good. The content is very real and I really want to learn from it [Like]
The most practical Qigong I will practice it myself. I lie down. I have stood on a pile before. I change my position and cover my belly button with my hands. It really works. My palms and soles feel warm. Thank you very much for your selfless dedication, teacher.
On the first day, I also felt hot under my chest. Is the woman's autobiography to the right turning counterclockwise?
The content is concise and clear
If you don't want to practice, don't read it.
What a great book, take notes carefully.
To paraphrase the words in the Heart Sutra, it is the three words "Observe at ease". Don't do anything, just quietly watch it play by itself.
It has expanded my understanding of life. Thank you to the author for sharing!
Thank you very much to the author for sharing, I have benefited a lot!
I don't know if it's true or not, but I learned to do it and I have some insights.
Although the point of view is strange, it is scary to think carefully and understand how to understand it. It makes sense to learn to distinguish between true and false artistic conceptions. How do you feel, friends? I wish you success in practicing
It is easy to understand and new theories are easy to accept. It may be the truth of the world.
Super good, gives people new ideas, I like it very much
The content is suitable for novices and easy to understand. It is recommended to read it multiple times to avoid understanding.
I personally think it is better and more real than those novels with plots [Like]
I feel like it's pretty well said. That makes sense
