Insight into the essence of things and get rid of the worries of attachment🙏🏻 The Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra is a highly influential Buddhist classic translated by Master Xuanzang. This classic is short in length, but contains profound wisdom and teachings. All things in the world have no inherent nature. They all arise from the combination of causes and conditions, and will perish when conditions disperse. Material phenomena are not real, their essence is emptiness, and emptiness is not completely separated from material phenomena, but is reflected in material phenomena. Prajna (bo re) is the understanding of emptiness, neither being nor nothing. We must transcend attachment to the appearance of things and realize that the essence of things is impermanent and selfless. When I was thinking about life and death when I was young, I suddenly realized at a certain moment that I was like a wave on the long river of history. In just a few decades, several water molecules gathered together by fate; after a few years, the wave disappeared, and I would fall into the long river again. Death to me is an eternal shadow, a sense of crisis approaching step by step, and a great terror that cannot be shaken off. The unknown, like a black hole, constantly generates fear. But the Heart Sutra says that the state of liberation can be achieved through the practice of prajna wisdom. It is "according to Prajna Paramita" that achieves "no worries"; There are no worries, so there is no fear. Naturally, one can stay away from upside-down dreams and finally reach nirvana. For people who often think about death and taste the horror of death, this Heart Sutra provides profound spiritual guidance and comfort.
