A Family of Chinese Martial Artists

After countless trials and endless practice, tempering the skin and muscles, working from the outside inward: a heart devoted to martial arts, persevering without fail. The practice of traditional Chinese martial arts adapts to change without abandoning its roots. Only then can the art be mastered. This is our Chinese art: practice to defend the country, practice to strengthen the body. Passed down for millennia, it became traditional Chinese martial arts.

Half the story is true and half is fiction, with some of my own experiences and stories from my editing work mixed in. (The master works for the authorities.) (The martial uncle is the current head of the Baji Fist school.) So the master and martial uncle will take the lead in the earlier part of the story. It will feature modern martial arts, including Baji Fist, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Xingyi Fist, Bagua Palm, Half-Step Crushing Fist, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo, boxing, grappling, spear techniques, iron-body training, Vajra Palm, and some Shaolin kung fu.
