[Metaphysics + power fantasy + fake and real heiresses + ghost hunting + two powerful leads + big shots + supernatural]
The plot:
A powerful cultivator fails to survive her tribulation and becomes Ye Wangqing, the fake heiress of the Ye Group. When the real heiress returns, she's thrown out of the family home. But the fake heiress doesn't fall on hard times. Guided by the principle of catching any ghost and smacking anyone with a face, she begins a thrilling life as a master of the occult arts. She takes on scummy relatives, Xiangxi ghost witches, Japanese ninjas, Thai black magic practitioners, British vampires... and more in a series of spectacular magical showdowns! Then begins her long journey to reclaim her place as the strongest in the occult world!
The romance:
Leveling up by defeating monsters + flirting with top-tier hunks: being a mature, confident woman is an absolute blast! The only downside is that this man can't take a bit of flirting. One tease and he blushes, another and he runs off, a third and he's asking to marry her, and a fourth seals their future together.
Young man (shyly): Big Sister, you have to take responsibility for me. I have nowhere to go.
Ye Wangqing (righteously): Saving a beauty in distress is my duty!
Everyone (furious): He's just an innocent-looking little fox spirit. Can't you see that?
Ye Wangqing (surprised): Nonsense! My little white flower is delicate and helpless. Cut him some slack.
At last, one day, the little white flower bares his sharp, bloodstained fangs.
Ye Wangqing (silent): Uh... there's nothing wrong with being blinded by beauty. I just made the same mistake every woman in the world makes!
