In this world, beasts can take human form after cultivating for a hundred years and blend into human society. To make life easier, they pretend to be human and work, study, and live among them.
Wu Qiu is a cat demon who has cultivated until he can take human form.
Though he's a cat, after living in human society for over twenty years, he has become a complete dog person. Even his WeChat profile picture is a cute Shiba Inu.
Wu Qiu's friend: Qiu, you need to think this through. He's a dog, and you're a cat.
A dog who butts in: We're both guys, so what's the problem? It's not against the laws of nature.
Wu Qiu: That makes a lot of sense, but why is it so embarrassing when you say it with such a straight face...
