Synopsis

The protagonist, Yiluo (the Wanderer from Genshin Impact), is a puppet with weak biological desires and an actual age of 500+. He has a tiny little cheat, but the story is neither satisfying, nor awesome, nor popular. He is adopted by Illumi. This is a platonic relationship, meaning they do not fall in love and their bond is not a conventional intimate relationship.

Current progress: characters from the Hunter x Hunter world are watching a story, while Qiye Jizhao Mimizhuzhu gathers wish power. Complete.

The protagonist can get hurt, and his perspective is limited. He is very sentimental and hopes someone will love only him, but he never says so aloud and gives a great deal of himself. He can see Illumi's true nature. If this is a deal-breaker for you, don't read.

The Wanderer from Genshin Impact transmigrates to the Hunter x Hunter world. He starts out with amnesia, no identity, average intelligence, and a weak personality, trapped in a laboratory.

Will he take the Meteor City route or the underworld route? Neither. Illumi, the eldest son of the Zoldyck Family, takes a shine to him at first sight. One sack is all it takes to… no, wait, he adopts him and takes him home.

This puppet can't learn Nen, the special ability unique to Hunter x Hunter, but has maxed-out defense and a Vision. His personality is reshaped.

He can go toe-to-toe with all sorts of characters. Once he grows stronger, he can even match the Ant King.

The puppet is unlucky, but treasures his relationships. The more Illumi raises him, the more obsessed he gets. Warning: a controlling Manipulator.

This story is all about the three no's: not satisfying, not awesome, and not popular.

Another warning: fanfic characters may go out of character and become entirely different characters. Personally, I think the Wanderer's madness in Genshin Impact is partly due to the Doctor's guidance and torment. The Doctor likes madmen, while Illumi likes well-behaved children, so the protagonist you find here may leave you feeling frustrated.

Thank you for reading.

Looking for Hunter X Hunter Fanfiction (No Crossover Series)

Looking for books like Hunter x Hunter: Crimson Plant Hunter. Seriously, no crossover anime stories!!! Preferably no CP. If there's a pairing, preferably not male/female romance. The protagonist's gender doesn't matter. They can be strong or weak, but preferably not somewhere in between.
