Our Life as a Second Grader

Shitou, a nine-year-old child, is the king of children in the village. He is naughty and mischievous every day. He either breaks the windows of this family or brings trouble to the chickens of that family. On this day, a group of troops passed by the village, and their majestic temperament instantly captured Shitou's heart. From then on, he decided to become a soldier. He ran all the way to the county seat, but he was not taken seriously and was beaten when he returned home. Time came to 1959, during the three years of famine, when he was only 18 years old. In order to save the dying people, Shitou did something that shocked the whole city. He always loves the world in his own way, but God is always unfair, and kindness is exchanged for suffering. His ups and downs life made him choose again, and he would still choose to be a kind person!
