A young fisherman named Zhou Nian lived by the coast. One day, he came across a stranded orca.
He helped it return to the ocean, and the orca remembered him.
The young orca implanted the Heart of the Ocean in Zhou Nian, making him its “king.”
Later, he awakened a Development System that let him easily boost the young orca’s stats!
The Deep Sea Kingdom regularly holds competitions, where the winners earn fame and power.
Zhou Nian and his orca companion entered, effortlessly crushing every giant beast and taking first place!
Before long, more and more beautiful beast maidens wanted to give him their Hearts of the Ocean and recognize him as their king.
One day, a merfolk reporter interviewed Zhou Nian.
Merfolk Reporter: “Mr. Zhou, your companions have conquered many nations. What’s your secret?”
Zhou Nian: “Maybe it’s our one percent hard work and ninety-nine percent talent that got us where we are.”
Merfolk Reporter: “I see! And what do you think of your companions’ next world-class competition, the Eight-Tail Tournament?”
Zhou Nian: “Of course I care! The power of love is infinite. My companions and I are going to give those stinking fish a thorough beating!”
