The Jester, the twelfth of the Fatui Harbingers, is a gentleman named Li Che. His codename comes from a classic Liyue saying: "You make up for what you're lacking." His catchphrase is, "You actually expect someone who can barely drag himself out of bed to save Snezhnaya?"
