Synopsis

Hive-city conflicts in the early story, followed by large-scale warfare later: apocrypha, 30K memories, and a 40K main storyline. This is an age without Primarchs. The Imperium that "won" the Webway War has been resting on its laurels for nearly ten thousand years. The xenos, Chaos, Tyranids, Necrons, and T'au have once again turned their eyes toward the other half of the galaxy. And as the golden light shining from the Throne grows ever dimmer, the half of the galaxy connected by the Webway is no longer safe. "He was not the Emperor, yet he was more than the Emperor. Before he came, there was no Imperium; after he left, there was no Imperium either." -- Annals of the Pan-Galactic Federation --

Looking for Warhammer Books Set in a Universal Interstellar Society Where Everyone Has a Different Tech Tree

The protagonist has a Warhammer 40K template. I think he's either a prince or an immortal. It's about a leader in an interstellar war. Other characters have templates from *Lagrange* or *EVE*, and some even have Gundam templates.
