This book is really practical! It introduces in detail all aspects of English tour guides, and also tells us how to obtain an English tour guide certificate. The content in the book is very specific and helpful for those who learn English and want to be a tour guide. I especially like the parts about emergency response skills and related laws and regulations in the book, which taught me a lot of practical knowledge. However, I kind of hated some of the characters in the book, and their behavior really pissed me off at times. But overall, this is a book well worth reading.
