[No transmigration + no System + no rebirth + devouring and evolution + Prototype]
Devour and evolve, mutate through flesh and blood, become the Prototype!
A torrential red rain and a new kind of virus shatter the peace of everyday life, as mutants descend in force.
On the day before the virus strikes, retired college student Zheng Ming is infected. A special gene in his body activates, giving him the abilities of a mutant while leaving his consciousness intact.
After discovering that he can evolve by devouring others, Zheng Ming begins his hunt.
He prowls through the apocalypse, encountering all kinds of upheavals along the way. As he continues to devour and evolve, his thoughts and powers change. His bloody experiences make him anything but ordinary. This is a record of his evolution and survival in the end times.
