[Slow-paced. Very, very slightly angsty, unrequited love, reunion, low-key couple, daily life, a clear-eyed but slow-to-react heroine x a devoted younger man who goes straight for what he wants and turns into a puppy after they get together, multiple couples]

Lin Yan felt as though someone had switched on a luck-blocking device in her life. Ever since the accident seven years ago, a faint shadow had fallen over what had already been an ordinary life.

“Childhood memories aren't really that important,” Lin Yan said calmly. It wasn't so much that they were unimportant as that she didn't want to remember. As long as she couldn't recall them, she wouldn't have to know how painful it had been to lose her father back then.

Still, it didn't matter if she didn't remember. He would stay by her side until they made new memories together.

But after his wish finally came true and they got together, Ji Haoyu's unease grew day by day. He always had a vague feeling that the happiness he shared with Big Sister Lin Yan came at a price.
