The Legend of Qin: Three Thousand Crows Slain

[Two male leads, pairing with Bai Feng. Alternate history, original elements, and an original male lead. If that’s not your thing, don’t read.]

Chongming is a mysterious, unassuming left-handed assassin.

But ever since his hapless senior brother, driven by a surge of righteous fervor, betrayed their sect and tried to assassinate the Qin king, Chongming has decided there’s nothing left to fear.

There’s no way he can stay in Qin, so Chongming promptly flees with Lord Changping and joins the Quicksand assassin group to make a living.

Chilian calls Chongming a charlatan.

His senior sister says he spoils children like an old grandmother.

But gradually, people discover that Chongming is hiding an unspeakable secret, and that his identity is far more complicated than it appears.

The Web and the Yin-Yang School, even the Empire itself, all have their eyes on him.

As the veil lifts, people realize that Chongming plays a pivotal role in the tale known as Jing Ke’s assassination attempt on the King of Qin.

But is Chongming merely a pawn, helplessly caught up in the game, or the mastermind moving the pieces behind the scenes?
