Bloodlines Reign Supreme? I'll Just Devour Without One

Li Tianxin transmigrates to a world where bloodlines reign supreme. The good news is that his family is one of the nine great families of Dongji Continent, possessing the highest-tier Saint-rank bloodline. The bad news is that during the family bloodline awakening ceremony when he was eight, his bloodline proved too weak to awaken at all. Overnight, he went from being the darling of the family to a useless outcast everyone despised! Worse still, he went blind on the spot and was cast aside, sent to the Tiangang Sacred Sect. For ten years, his parents showed him no love, never asked after him, and simply ignored him. Ten years later, hoping to wring the last bit of value from him, his parents came looking for him and demanded that he marry the daughter of another great family. Just because he had grown a little close to the sect’s saintess, the holy son accused him of murdering a fellow disciple and demanded his life. Fine! In a fit of rage, Li Tianxin renounces his bloodline and severs all ties with the Li family on the spot. You say I murdered a fellow disciple? Then I’ll kill the holy son in front of everyone and leave the Tiangang Sacred Sect. What can you do about it? You say I waste my days fiddling with a broken old zither and neglect my proper pursuits? You don’t know that this is the keepsake of the master of the Music Ruins Sacred Hall: the supreme sacred artifact, the Nine Absolutes Heavenly Zither! You say I couldn’t awaken my family’s bloodline? I’ve comprehended the Great Dao’s true meaning, which surpasses bloodlines. So what if you have a Saint-rank bloodline? From now on, it can only serve as nourishment for my Heavenly Dao Eye and the Great Dao’s true meaning!
