Putting the Little Days in Their Place: The Evil System Takes Down Tokyo

A brainless power fantasy about righteous punishment. Don't read if that bothers you.

Yang Zhengliang was originally Chinese. He moved to Tokyo with his parents when he was very young. To fit in with the locals, his father changed their surname from Yang to Yamakawa, so he became Yamakawa Zhengliang. Later, his birth mother passed away, and his father remarried a woman with a daughter of her own. Their home life was more or less harmonious.

Though he lived in Tokyo, an international metropolis, his life took a turn for the worse after his father died in a car accident a year ago. His stepmother ignored him and refused to give him money for living expenses. His stepsister bullied and humiliated him, a school bully cornered him in the bathroom and harassed him, and a coworker at his convenience store job framed him. Just as Zhengliang reached his breaking point and decided to take revenge on society, the Justice System descended. As long as he did something righteous, he would receive a reward. Zhengliang threw his head back and laughed. Facing this bunch of loathsome locals, what could possibly not count as righteous?
