Llosa's Works: Long Talk in the Bar (Hardcover Collector's Edition)

I watched it for thirteen days and couldn't stop. The three-dimensional structure also seems to contain information about the noisy environment of a conversation in a bar. This time Llosa's structuralism is more complex than his famous work "The City and the Dog". When reading, in some places, the common points of the connection between the pipes were ignored, resulting in a misreading of the two scenes that were blurred and superimposed. But this only shows my negligence, and after correction, I feel that its construction is more exquisite. Although this book does not have the same smooth feeling as "City and Dogs" after reading it, I still got goosebumps after reading the last sentence of Anbu Luxiu. "Long Talk in the Bar" presents a panoramic view of the entire society, a Peruvian version of "A Dream of Red Mansions". I can't imagine the magnitude of Llosa's project when writing this book, and I really admire him deeply. He shouldered the political responsibility of Latin American literature and was a true fighter.

I couldn't stand it at first, but by the third part I couldn't stop watching it. I originally just took it out to watch it when the high-speed rail Internet connection was not good, but I didn't expect to spend five hours watching it. I still watched it after I got off the train. I really enjoyed the second half... What a clever narrative technique.

This is the first time I've read a novel using dialogue wave techniques. It's wonderful and wonderful. It's like peeling an onion layer by layer. It's a work of brilliance.
