Black Myth: I Became Yang Jian, the Monkey Slayer

I, Yang Jian, transmigrated into Black Myth as Erlang Shen, burdened by the sin of killing Sun Wukong. I let that strand of hair escape only because the Jade Emperor had threatened my sister’s life. Regret and self-reproach gnawed at me like maggots in a wound. Then the Earth God brought word that another monkey had appeared in Water Curtain Cave. He was going to search for the six spiritual relics formed from Sun Wukong’s soul and revive the Great Sage Equal to Heaven! I resolved to help this monkey and make amends for my sins.
