During the Republic of China period, Chang Sheng began to struggle with his own destiny. Along the way, he had times when he was unwilling and unsatisfied; but he never gave up on himself, and his fate gave him sorrow, pain, joy, and happiness; in the end, he left the world unwillingly.
His daughter Changfeng continues to struggle with her fate, and she thanks her father for his fearless devotion to her. She knows how difficult it is to learn knowledge in this world, and it also allows her to understand the beauty and unfairness of this world through continuous learning.
All happiness comes from day and night struggle. Changsheng met his lifelong lover Chengfeng; Changfeng met Mushi who deserved to be loved throughout his life; although their fates were "incomplete", the results of the second half of their lives were very happy. Changfeng's happiness comes from the "creation" and change of Changsheng's life, so you must have the "mentality" to accept your own destiny, dare to challenge it, and happiness will stay with you throughout your life.
