Chronicles of Longshan

Mr. Jin Yong once planned to write a martial arts novel set during the golden age of the early Tang Dynasty as his final work. For various reasons, he never put pen to paper, and it became one of his greatest regrets. Today, I humbly dare to take a stab at it. I hope you readers will enjoy it:

In the early Tang Dynasty, Yuan Tiangang used everything he had learned in his life to decipher a formula left behind by an ancient, higher-dimensional civilization. His calculations revealed that within three generations, the Tang regime would fall into the hands of others. To repay Li Shimin for recognizing his worth, Yuan Tiangang decided to plan ahead and defy fate. He established a secret base in Longshan, the heart of Chu, and covertly built a formidable force, preparing to restore the fortunes of the Tang Dynasty when its rule fell. And so, the tangled loves and enmities between the native people of Chu, the various factions of the martial world, and the imperial court began to unfold.
