Prelude Twenty: The World and Me

At twenty, Liu Xuan is weighed down by the pressure of her family, caught in the confusion of a high school crush, and struggling step by step with insecurity in college.

At summer's end, she meets her deskmate amid the fragrance of osmanthus. Her heart flutters as they wade through the sea of exam papers in their senior year. In college, she breaks free from insecurity and confusion, and eventually reconciles with her parents...

From sensitive and timid to brave and hopeful, from doubting herself to understanding the world, this is the coming-of-age story of an ordinary girl at twenty.

It turns out youth was never a perfect answer sheet. It's the courage to keep moving forward, even with scars.
