"Make Good Use of Your Mind" is a follow-up to "Subduing Your Mind". From 2008 to February 2010, while Master Wan Xing was building the temple, he had exchanges of questions and answers with four disciples and believers every night during group meditation, all focusing on the problems and misunderstandings existing in the disciples' practice of Buddhism.
Master Wanxing insists on "people-oriented" and integrates Buddhism and profound Zen principles into life, so that his disciples can learn from the Taoist tradition of "paying equal attention to agriculture and Zen" and the family tradition of "belief in religion first, patriotism first, learn Buddhism first, be a good person, and cultivate Taoism first". People refine their minds, use things to test their minds, sit in meditation in the hall, meditate in the hall, practice in the work, work in the practice, while subduing the body and mind, integrate into life, integrate into nature, integrate into the Tao, and complete the self while eliminating the ego.
