Jiang Sh Ruan and Jiang Junchen were high school classmates. In their senior year, Jiang Junchen went abroad to study. Several years later, he returned to China and reunited with Jiang Sh Ruan. Through a series of twists and turns, they got together, only to part ways again amid one misunderstanding after another. Jiang Sh Ruan was then relentlessly pressured by their family of origin, eventually falling into depression and leaving this world forever.
