The Senior Sister Who Scavenges Junk Is Actually a Master Artifact Refiner

Hu Xingtong is an ordinary mechanical designer. Aside from designing mechanical blueprints and writing programs, she has one little hobby: grinding for loot in games. Then an accident sends her into the open-world cultivation game she used to play.

"Hello, I am Life System No. 1016. I look forward to working with you."

"Are you some kind of future technology?"

"I am a life form that transcends your world."

"Senior Sister, that's just a lousy rock. You don't have to haul even rocks back to the sect, do you?"

"Nonsense! You can make all sorts of things by hammering rocks. What would you know!"

"Junior Sister, are you a little short on money lately?"

"No."

"Then why are you setting up a stall to sell all this junk? And why are you dressed so... shabbily?"

"Well, a lot of ordinary people think things from secret realms can ward off evil, so they'll buy them. And if I dress too nicely, they'll think I'm a fraud."

"Senior Sister, we don't have to keep that bloodstained robe from the dead guy, do we?"

"Senior Sister, there's no need to take that patch of dirt back, is there?"

"Senior Sister, that's just ordinary weeds. They don't have any spiritual energy..."

New to the cultivation world, Hu Xingtong takes her cheat with her and scavenges... junk everywhere. It's honestly hard to explain.

(The story starts with some modern-day scenes before moving on to cultivation. Tentatively no romance, part of a pampered-all series.)
