From the Start, Picked Up by Hanako

Lin Yuan was hit by a car while saving someone on the road and sent to another world: the world of Pokemon. Reborn as a four-year-old, he was adopted by Hanako, Ash's mother. He also acquired the System and, together with his Starter Pokémon Bulbasaur, set out to become the World Champion.
