Black Myth: Sun Wukong Returns

After completing the pilgrimage for the scriptures, Sun Wukong returned to Flower-Fruit Mountain and tried to reclaim his former carefree life. But the gods and Buddhas still feared him, and decided to eliminate this threat.

The Heavenly Court and the Buddhist realm secretly joined forces to set a trap, using Erlang Shen to provoke Wukong into taking action. In the end, they subdued him and turned him into a stone statue. The six roots of Wukong scattered across the Four Continents, setting the protagonist on the path to embark on the Journey to the West once more.
