Love at Full Voltage

At the age of six, Chen Tian attended the Martial Soul Awakening Ceremony. Everyone else awakened a gifted martial soul, but Chen Tian was born without one. Filled with disappointment and despair, the boy finally emerged from the gloom and regained his confidence in cultivation after his parents comforted him with gentle words.

But disaster struck without warning. Qian Lidong, the God of Light of the Hall of Light, sensed that Chen Tian possessed world-shaking destiny and would one day threaten his divine throne. To eliminate this future danger, he descended upon the Chen family and slaughtered them all.

Chen Tian happened to be away that day, and by sheer luck escaped death. On his way home, he witnessed from afar as his parents were killed by a god. Qian Lidong failed to notice him in his hiding place and left after the massacre.

With his closest family gone, Chen Tian was consumed by grief. He went three whole days and nights without food or water before finally collapsing unconscious. As he hovered on the brink of death, a bolt of thunder split the sky and transformed into pure lightning energy that surged into his body.

When Chen Tian awoke, soul power coursed through him, and he successfully awakened an unparalleled martial soul: the Extreme God Dragon Spear. He gained control of the unique power of the Extreme Lightning Origin.

Burdened by a blood feud, Chen Tian endured in silence and cultivated, embarking on a path of revenge against the gods. To temper his strength and stand against the Hall of Light, he enrolled at Bitian Academy, where fate brought him together with the girl Cui Meng'er.

At their first meeting, the Extreme Lightning bloodlines they shared resonated with a thunderous force. Cui Meng'er's divine meridians awakened, and she became certain that Chen Tian was the one destined to be bound to her for life.

One carries the hatred of a slaughtered family and vows to shatter the gods' false benevolence; the other inherits a divine bloodline and quietly awaits their destined meeting. Together, these two powerhouses wield thunder as their blade and devotion as their bond. They break through the shackles of divine law, roam across the four seas and eight wildernesses, and ultimately defy fate to prove the Dao side by side, ascending together to the throne of the Extreme Lightning God and overturning the rotten order of the gods.
