Legends Series: Legend of the Black Hawk

The story follows Mo Wen, a young woman who takes the blame for stealing in order to protect the Murong family’s martial arts legacy. Hunted by both the orthodox and unorthodox factions and expelled from her school, she faces the forces of evil alone. The devoted young man Murong Zhi, a master of both letters and arms, disguises himself as a scholar in white and as the Black Eagle Hero to accompany Mo Wen through the martial world. Fighting side by side, the two use their extraordinary skills to defeat one martial arts overlord after another, including the Mad Beggar, the Handsome Young Lord, and the Dharma King of the Western Heavens, thwarting their ambitions. On the long road through the martial world, love quietly blossoms, and amid flashing blades they write a romantic ballad of love and hate along the Xiang River.
