[Feel-Good Story] [No CP] [Modern-Day Orphaned Girl] [Ancient Female General] [Stockpiling Supplies] [Connections Between Ancient and Modern Times] [Spatial Dimension] [Infrastructure Development] [Agriculture]
Set in an alternate world, with no basis in history. This is pure wish fulfillment, as people from ancient and modern times join forces to get rich and become legends.
After her mother commits suicide, Gu Nannan finds a bronze mirror among her belongings. An accidental touch causes her and Jiang Ningwei, a female general living through a famine in ancient times, to transmigrate between their respective eras. The bronze mirror comes with its own spatial dimension and can also send supplies across time.
Jiang Ningwei sells antiques in the modern world, stockpiles and delivers supplies, helps Gu Nannan take revenge on the scum who wronged her, and investigates the truth behind her mother's suicide.
In ancient times, Gu Nannan opens the granaries and distributes grain, helping and protecting the local people.
Together, the two women work across the ages to build the paradise of their dreams.
Gu Nannan: Open the granaries and distribute grain! Reclaim the water supply! Revitalize agriculture! Protect our home!
Jiang Ningwei: In the world a thousand years from now, nobody lacks clothes or food, nobody goes hungry, everyone is equal, and the whole world is at peace. What a flourishing age!
