Transmigrating to Save the Great Song

My soul accidentally transmigrated into the body of my previous life's emperor, Huizong of the Northern Song, in its final years. After falling into the water while searching for Penglai, his soul had departed his body, and I took his place, inheriting the fate of the entire dynasty. Can I save the people from their suffering? I plan to unite the world and bring several continents together.
