Under its guidance, Liu Yichen learns how to use the tower as a cultivation cheat: it rapidly grows spirit herbs and then converts them into his own spiritual power. From then on, he sets out on a journey to find all kinds of spirit herbs, cultivating and refining pills along the way. Of course, he also encounters plenty of love and heartbreak. He goes further and further down the paths of alchemy and cultivation, until he unexpectedly becomes the Pill God.
