A military work written in the early Warring States Period, one of the "Seven Books of Martial Arts", it is said to have been written by Wu Qi, who inherited and developed the military ideas of "Sun Tzu's Art of War" and was once collectively known as "Sun Wu's Art of War". In terms of content, it advocates "cultivating literature and morality internally and managing armament externally", closely integrating politics and military affairs, and reflecting the views of the emerging landlord class on war theory, army building and combat guidance.
