No CP. No CP. Pure imagination. Everyone is welcome to chat.
A career-focused story, with ideas for filling in the gaps in The Grave Robbers' Chronicles.
For the first book, there’s too much to explain, so feel free to imagine the rest yourselves.
Adding extra plotlines:
Members of the Qi family, two masterminds behind the scenes, a new story arc +1 related to the Old Nine Gates era, and members of the first-generation Zhang family.
A sacrificial ritual.
The Qi family realized that the mastermind was planning to sacrifice the Nine Gates to resurrect and perform a sacrificial rite for the first-generation Zhang family, so they went into hiding. The protagonist who came from another time was originally part of the plans of the Xie and Qi families. After the people of the Old Nine Gates era were manipulated, they struck a blow at the enemy at great cost to themselves. Er Yuehong and the others were all sacrificed, each killed at a fixed place and time in a specific manner.
Black Glasses serves a role similar to a recorder. To help Xie Yuchen, Ninth Master dealt with most of the Xie family members. The Xie and Qi families realized the variable was connected to Xie Yuchen. The Wu family cooperated in raising Wu Xie. The Zhang family was made stronger, but also more ruthless. They used Zhang Qiling’s parents as hostages to force him to travel the world under the name of the Zhang family patriarch, investigating and advancing the plans of various factions. Zhang Qiling is more humane in personality, taciturn and mischievous. His relationship with the Zhang family is purely transactional.
I don’t think any of this was made very clear, and the story is short, so I’ve spelled it out here.
The two heroines mainly serve as the pivot that takes the whole affair beyond its original way of thinking, breaks the cycle, and provides more outside factors to help solve the deadlock.
Come on, keep an eye on you
