A Survival Guide to Deadly Games

[Strong female lead + infinite worlds + mild horror + livestreaming + satisfying story + nonhuman love interest]

A capable streamer who talks back to everyone and keeps her cool ✕ a gloomy, unidentified creature

(Plot-focused. The male lead won’t appear until a little later.)

Jiang Zhixi is a horror game streamer.

Her streams are a hit. Her unconventional way of thinking and incredibly fast reflexes have made her somewhat well known in the gaming community on a certain video site.

Then one day, an anonymous email arrives in Jiang Zhixi’s inbox.

“Since the player has made a reservation, Soul Cage invites player Jiang Zhixi to participate in the beta test.”

“3...2...1... Connection to server successful.”

In the final second before losing consciousness, Jiang Zhixi learns that dying in the game will make her soul vanish too. She nearly bursts into tears and roars at the sky: “Who the hell signed me up for this!!!”

When she turns her livestream camera back on, the chat is flooded with messages: “Run, nowwwww!!”

Jiang Zhixi is baffled. There’s nothing around her?

With her mind completely focused on survival, Jiang Zhixi doesn’t realize that a pitch-black, unidentified creature has latched onto her.
