I Became a Pure-Hearted Beauty, Then Turned into Deadpool?!

(Beautiful madwoman + absurd humor + comedy + superhero abilities + a world where everyone trains in martial arts + boys getting jealous over each other)

(I haven't decided yet whether this will be a one-on-one romance or a harem, though I'm leaning toward a harem.)

(Every so often, there'll be AI-generated pictures of the protagonist in the author's notes at the end of a chapter.)

(The first chapter mainly introduces the setting. Things get exciting from Chapter Two onward. Thanks for your patience, dear readers!)

Gu Qing is at home watching a pirated copy of Deadpool & Wolverine when, out of nowhere, she is electrocuted to death and transmigrates to a modern alternate world.

The bad news is that she has become a frail, beautiful girl, and she has cancer, with little time left to live.

The good news is that everyone in this world undergoes an imitation ritual upon reaching adulthood. Depending on how well they understand the person or creature they imitate, they gain that subject's abilities. Gu Qing is about to come of age and undergo the ritual, and its result will determine whether she survives.

This world has little entertainment. Most people imitate animals found in nature, such as fierce beasts like tigers and lions. Only a small number of people with deep pockets can afford the resources to enter secret realms and capture supernatural creatures to imitate.

But Gu Qing is a film buff, a novel buff, and a game buff, with an encyclopedic knowledge of countless fictional characters.

“You're all imitating tigers and lions?”

“Then I'll start by imitating Deadpool.”

Supporting herself with her frail body, Gu Qing curled her lips into a smile.

“How come she hasn't died yet?”

“I have no idea. I've been to several of her funerals already.”
